Trilithic brings decades of experience when providing custom filters for unmanned vehicles. Our filters are optimal solutions for ground-based and airborne radar systems, radio receivers/transmitters, base stations, airborne vehicle & wing systems and satellites.
With over 40,000 custom filter designs we are prepared to meet your challenges, and our quick reaction capabilities ensure a fast turn-around on new designs for prototype systems or proof of concept testing.
We will listen to your needs and create the custom solution for your specific application, even in small quantities.
The primary marketplaces for our Surface Mount Filters are ground-based and airborne radar systems, airborne vehicle & wing systems, satellites, and radio receivers. Small size, high-performance, and versatile packages make these filters ideal for many applications.
Designers can choose from several thousand sets of existing filter characteristics, or specify their own unique RF characteristics and packages. Filter topology can be customized to deliver increased rejection on the low side of the passband or symmetric rejection around the passband. Up to 8 sections can be incorporated, depending on the package style. Operating frequencies range from 5 to 4000 MHz.
The primary marketplaces for our PC Mount Filters are ground-based and airborne radar systems, airborne vehicle & wing systems, satellites, and radio receivers. Small size, high-performance, and versatile packages make these filters ideal for many applications.

The primary marketplaces for our Combline Cavity Filters (CC) are ground-based radar systems, radio receivers & transmitters, and base stations.
In this series of filters, we have a very broad range of capabilities that a customer may utilize to achieve their intended needs. The CC filter has a usable frequency range of 300 MHz to 20 GHz, percent bandwidths of 0.5 to 60%, & 2 to 14 sections.
Utilizing our experience and algorithms, we can manipulate a filter design to improve the insertion loss, power handling capability, or extend the suppression of spurious responses. The variety of customization is nearly limitless.
The primary marketplaces for our Microstrip & Stripline Filters are ground-based and airborne radar systems, airborne vehicle & wing systems, satellites, and radio receivers.
Microstrip & Stripline Filters are ideal for higher frequency requirements because they overcome the difficulties in realizing low values for discrete components.
The lack of discrete components coupled with their inherent low mass make them suitable for extremely harsh environments. In addition they are ideal for low cost, high volume manufacturing. Operating frequencies range from 2000 to 25000 MHz.
