Trilithic has a long history of supporting EAS and the evolution of the standards and technologies employed by the emergency alert system. Not only do we expect to provide a solution for CAP protocol and other new capabilities to improve the delivery of emergency alerts; we expect to deliver a solution to our customer that is based on maximizing their investment in currently-deployed Trilithic EAS hardware and software. Trilithic traditionally has been able to update and modify current hardware, firmware, and software to provide the best solution to continually meet the operational expectations of our customers. We understand our customers’ need to keep their monetary investment in EAS equipment on a reasonable scale, and will continue to design future EAS solutions with that goal in mind. New customers to Trilithic can expect a technology-based solution that evolves with the CAP standards, and a company that supports its customers and provides solutions with their business requirements in mind.
Trilithic expects to work with all concerned parties regarding the implementation of new standards, i.e. CAP, and deliver those solutions as soon as is feasibly possible. It is Trilithic’s intent to keep all current customers in compliance with the FCC, FEMA, and any state or local authorities.
Currently, Trilithic is active with the FCC, FEMA, and other organizations involved in the evolution of EAS. Trilithic’s sales professionals are available to discuss each customer’s specific requirements, and we may be reached via email at EASsales@trilithic.com.
